Its structure description and function:

1. feeding and screening: the hoop is first filled into the hopper and fed into the vibration tray. The vibration disk is transmitted to two classified orbits by vibration.

Then it is transferred to the initial location of the classification track by re feeding and re feeding conveyor belt.

2., pre classification detection is the first step of machine image detection. It has a smart camera and LED lighting.

The color and diameter of the hoop can be identified. And the width. The test equipment will refuse to further detect the above problems and hoop directly to

 start the collection of NG container.

3., test and detection: the second step of image detection, which can detect the two-dimensional image and the accuracy of the specific size of the hoop.

It consists of a high resolution remote core lens and horizontal LED lighting. LED lighting is installed under the perspective conveyor belt.

The size of OK's clamp is transmitted to the collection box of OK. The unqualified products enter NG's product collection box at the end of testing.
